Perry Barr has changed a lot in the last few years. The station and bus interchange were rebuilt for the 2022 Commonwealth Games, the Alexander Stadium had its makeover, and a large number of new homes have gone up around the old Games site, alongside the older terraces of Birchfield and the semis out towards Perry Beeches. That mix means we move people out of Victorian terraces and into new-build flats in the same week.
Man and van is charged by the hour. Book online and it starts at £40 an hour for one mover and a Transit van, with a two-hour minimum. For a flat with a lift and a few rooms of furniture, two movers and the Luton usually get it done in one trip; for a single item, one mover and a Transit is plenty.

Loading on the A34 itself is slower than on a side road. If there's parking round the back or on a nearby street, tell us and we'll use it.

In a block of flats, the time it takes to get from the van to your door matters more than the drive. Find out whether you can reserve the lift, and where vans are allowed to stop.

What does a man and van cost in Perry Barr?
